Communication as a craft, not a theory
Certified communication and rhetoric trainer, trained in direct-marketing sales, and holder of a B.Sc. in Business Management. Over ten years in service, sales and leadership, including several years building and running his own branch in staffing services.
Along the way, I saw first-hand what a badly handled bad hire costs, and how often the cause isn't missing talent, but conversations that were held too late or not at all. That's where my current work comes from: helping companies have exactly those conversations early and in a structured way.
Author of „Kommunikation im Personalmanagement“ and lecturer on communication at several adult-education colleges in Berlin.
